Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 10 - small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • - salt/pepper to taste

How To Make cheesy chicken enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Boil the chicken breasts, until fully cooked about 15 mins
  • Step 2
    shred the cooked chicken breast and saute with the butter, add the garlic, onion, cayenne, salt/pepper,add 1 cup of the shredded cheese,combine well
  • Step 3
    in a casserole dish, pour half the enchilada sauce, take one by one..each flour tortilla, drench in sauce (both sides)put about 2 teaspoons of the chicken mixture and roll(seam side down) continue with the rest, top with the rest of the sauce and cheese... bake 350 for about 20 mins...till cheese is melted and bubbly
