How To Make cheesy beefy burritos
-
Step 1PreHeat oven to 350* Brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain well. Return to skillet on low flame. Add soups and mix until completely blended. Stir in refried beans and mix until asll ingredients are incorporated. Add seasonings and milk and let simmer for about 30 minutes on low.
-
Step 2Butter a large square baking dish and sprinkle bottom of dish with cheese, put to the side. Place one tortilla at a time on the a round plate and partially fill with meat mixture and then sprinkle with cheese (use your judgement on how much meat mixture and cheese that you use). After filling, roll each one and place it into the dish.*Make sure that you save enough meat mixture to lightly cover the top of the burritos once you have filled your dish. After all the burritos are filled and the dish is full, lightly cover tops of burritos with the remaining meat mixture, spreading evenly. Cover with cheese and bake at 350* for about 35 or 40 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Serves 6-8 and can be doubled. Enjoy!
