Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces can of chopped green chilies, undrained
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
How To Make cheesy beef casserole

Step 1In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

Step 2Stir in the taco seasoning, water, rice, soups and chilies.

Step 3Transfer to a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350-degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
