Got tHis from my college teacHer. Really yummy! Originated from tHe Catalina islands in California. It took me 30 minutes to brown tHe meat. If you Have a slow cooker tHan see How long it takes to brown.

ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning
tomatoes chopped
lettuce head
1 pkg
corn chips
1 pkg
shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle
catalina dressing

How to Make Catalina Taco Salad


  • 1Brown tHe beef, and drain tHe fat.
  • 2Add taco seasoning and let it simmer about 5-8 minutes.
  • 3Remove from Heat and let it stand.
  • 4In a large bowl, add tHe lettuce, tomatoes
  • 5Add tHe CHeese
  • 6Add tHe ground beef
  • 7Add corn cHips
  • 8Drizzle on Catalina Dressing
  • 9Gently Toss To Coat
  • 10Yields 12 servings. Enjoy!
