2In 12 inch skillet cook beef over medium heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in refried beans, salsa and taco seasoning mix. Reduce heat to medium, bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
3In ungreased 2-quart casserole, place 2 cups of the broken tortilla chips.
4Top with the meat mixture. Sprinkle with the peppers, onions, one cup of the tomatoes, the cheese and olives.
5Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
6Top each serving with remaining ingredients as desired.
