Ingredients For bean burritos (burritos de frijoles)
8 flour tortillas, 8 inch size
2 1/2 cups refried beans
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make bean burritos (burritos de frijoles)
Warm tortillas to soften. Warm beans, mix with chili powder. Spread 1/8th of bean mixture down center of tortilla and sprinkle on 2 Tbsp. cheese. Fold in one end of tortilla and roll up to form burrito. Repeat process with each tortilla. Serve hot.
