Got a free tub of the shredded bbq pork and didn't know what to do with it. This recipe was on the side of the container so thought I would try it. Will let you know what my guinea pig ...ah husband thinks about it. :) Update: Loves them!

Ingredients For bbq pork burritos

  • 16 oz
    can refried beans
  • 6
    10 inch flour tortillas
  • 18 oz
    lloyd's barbeque shredded pork
  • 3 c
    shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 c
    la victoria thick'n chunky salasa (medium)
  • sour cream, slice ripe olive and additional salsa if desired

How To Make bbq pork burritos

  • 1
    Place 1/4 cup beans in the center of each tortilla, Top each with 1/4 cup pork, then 1/4 cup cheese.

    Fold one end of each tortilla up 1 inch over the filling, then fold right and left sides over folded end overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Arrange the burritos seam side down in a microwave safe dish.

    Top each burrito with 1/4 cup cheese

    Top each burrito with 1/4 cup salsa.

    Cover loosely with plastic wrap
  • 6
    Microwave on high for 5 minutes, rotating the dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes

    Top with remaining ingredients
