bbq pork burritos

Got a free tub of the shredded bbq pork and didn't know what to do with it. This recipe was on the side of the container so thought I would try it. Will let you know what my guinea pig ...ah er..my husband thinks about it. :) Update: Loves them!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces can refried beans
- 6 - 10 inch flour tortillas
- 18 ounces lloyd's barbeque shredded pork
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup la victoria thick'n chunky salasa (medium)
- - sour cream, slice ripe olive and additional salsa if desired
How To Make bbq pork burritos

Step 1Place 1/4 cup beans in the center of each tortilla, Top each with 1/4 cup pork, then 1/4 cup cheese.

Step 2Fold one end of each tortilla up 1 inch over the filling, then fold right and left sides over folded end overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Arrange the burritos seam side down in a microwave safe dish.

Step 3Top each burrito with 1/4 cup cheese

Step 4Top each burrito with 1/4 cup salsa.

Step 5Cover loosely with plastic wrap

Step 6Microwave on high for 5 minutes, rotating the dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes

Step 7Top with remaining ingredients
