In hot oil, fry rice, garlic and onion until rice is golden brown.
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add water to rice. Add tomato sauce,salt and pepper to rice and stir to blend.
Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally, then lower heat and cover tightly. Simmer for 20 - 25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and all liquid has been absorbed.
