Authentic Mexican Rice

Ingredients

1/4 ccooking oil
-
1 craw rice
-
1 - 2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 conion, finely chopped

1chicken bouillon cube
-
1 and 1/2 chot water
-
18 oz. can tomato sauce
-
·salt to taste
-
·pepper to taste (more is better)
How to Make Authentic Mexican Rice
- In hot oil, fry rice, garlic and onion until rice is golden brown.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add water to rice. Add tomato sauce,salt and pepper to rice and stir to blend.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally, then lower heat and cover tightly. Simmer for 20 - 25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and all liquid has been absorbed.
