shredded 4-cheese mexican, divided
1/2 c
salsa
1/4 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 tsp
ground cumin

6-inch flour tortillas
10 oz
enchilada sauce, canned
sour cream (optional)
tomato, chopped (optional)
avocado, chopped (optional)

How to Make 4-Cheese Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine 1.5 cups of cheese, salsa, cilantro and cumin in medium bowl.
  • 2Spoon 1/4 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up; place seam-side down in greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Spoon enchilada sauce over enchiladas.
  • 3Cover with foil; bake in preheated 350*F oven 30 minutes or until hot.
  • 4Uncover; Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream, chopped tomato and avocado, if desired. Refrigerated any leftovers.
