Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup picante sauce hot or mild
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 3-4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 8-10 - flour tortillas
- 11/2 pounds ground beef
- - mix the 2 shredded cheeses together
How To Make 3 cheese enchiladas with meat

Step 1Brown beef drain add 1/4 cup of picante sauce to beef & 1 cup of the mixed cheese plus 3 oz of cream cheese and spices.Place 3-4 Tbsp. of mixture in tortilla roll-up place seam side down in a 13x9 pan.Pour remaining picante sauce over top sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake 350 for 20 mins.until cheese melts
