$25,000 mexican dish
I copied this recipe many years ago. I don't remember the original source, and I don't know how it got its' name - did it win a contest? the original authors' opinion? - Having not yet tried it, I don't know if it lives up to its name! I 'googled' it, and was surprised to get several hits, but no indication to its origin. I am posting it 'cause it sounds interesting - and easy. If you try it let me know what you think!
