tiger meatloaf
I created a second recipe with tiger sauce: a meatloaf. It's filled with sliced red onion and chopped banana peppers sauteed in tiger sauce. The cheeses inside the meatloaf also have the kick of tiger sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 large red onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 banana peppers, chopped
- 1 cup tiger sauce, divided
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup honey mustard
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sea salt mixed with black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tiger meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9-x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

Step 3Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sliced red onion and chopped banana peppers until softened, about 6 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup tiger sauce. Remove from heat.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, honey mustard, eggs, shredded Parmesan cheese, sea salt/black pepper, cumin, bread crumbs and remaining tiger sauce; mix gently.

Step 5Spoon half of meat mixture in a loaf pan. Add onion mixture on the half of meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Step 6Spoon remaining half of meat mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
