i create a second recipe of tiger sauce creation:the meatloaf,it filled sliced vidalia onion and chopped banana peppers sauteed in tiger sauce,the cheeses inside the meatloaf with the kick of tiger sauce?

Ingredients For tiger meatloaf?

    avocado oil
  • 1
    large vidalia onion,peeled and sliced
  • 2
    banana peppers,chopped
  • 1 c
    tiger sauce,divided
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    honey mustard
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sea salt/black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 3/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make tiger meatloaf?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9-x5-inch loaf pan.

    Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Cook sliced vidalia onion and chopped banana peppers until softened,about 6 minutes.Stir in 1/2 cup tiger sauce.Remove from heat.

    In a large bowl,combine ground beef,honey mustard,egg whites,shredded parmesan cheese,sea salt/black pepper,cumin,bread crumbs and remaining tiger sauce;mix gently.

    Spoon half of meat mixture in a loaf pan.Add onion mixture on the half of meat mixture.Sprinkle with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

    Spoon remaining half of meat mixture on top.Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
