Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
How To Make sydney’s brown sugar meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients [except tomato sauce and brown sugar] and shape into a loaf. Place in pan.

Step 3Mix brown sugar and tomato sauce in a small bowl and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
