This meatloaf is quite moist and flavorful. You can leave the sauce off and simply serve at the table. However it is delicious cooked on top.

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 2
  • 1 c
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2/3 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard

How to Make Sue's Saucey Meatloaf


  1. Combine first 10 ingredients and shape into loaf.Bake at 350degrees one hour and 15 minutes.
  2. Make sauce with remaining 4 ingredients. Pour over loaf during final 15 minutes.Save some sauce and serve with slices of meatloaf.
