Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry italian bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon each salt, oregano, and basil
- 1/2 cup each chopped red bell pepper and fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup each shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
- 15 ounces can tomato sauce
- 8 ounces can crescent rolls
How To Make stuffed meatloaf roll

Step 1In large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt, oregano, and basil. Stir in half the tomato sauce

Step 2Place the crescent rolls between to pieces of wax paper and roll out until half as thick as it was.

Step 3Place the meat mixture down the center of the dough. Top with red bell pepper and mushrooms. Top with cheeses and pour the remaining tomato sauce over top.

Step 4Wrap the crescent dough around the mixture and seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
