Stuffed Meatloaf Roll
1 lbground beef
1/2 cdry italian bread crumbs
1 mediumonion chopped
1 tspeach salt, oregano, and basil
1/2 ceach chopped red bell pepper and fresh mushrooms
1/2 ceach shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
15 ozcan tomato sauce
8 ozcan crescent rolls
How to Make Stuffed Meatloaf Roll
- In large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt, oregano, and basil. Stir in half the tomato sauce
- Place the crescent rolls between to pieces of wax paper and roll out until half as thick as it was.
- Place the meat mixture down the center of the dough. Top with red bell pepper and mushrooms. Top with cheeses and pour the remaining tomato sauce over top.
- Wrap the crescent dough around the mixture and seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
