stove top stuffing meatloaf
This is my mother's favorite way to make meatloaf. It's moist, and if you use your hands to mix it, it works well. Plus, it's easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon dried onion or 1/2 fresh chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove crushed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- ketchup or barbecue sauce for glazing
How To Make stove top stuffing meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking dish or whatever you would like.

Step 2Mix eggs in a bowl then mix in beef. Add onion and garlic and mix. Add stuffing mix, water, and ketchup.

Step 3Mix all together and put in a greased baking dish. Mine is about 2 inches thick.

Step 4Put ketchup or barbecue sauce on top about halfway through cooking.

Step 5Bake 45 minutes to one hour depending on your oven.
