steak sauce turkey meatloaf
I created this recipe when I decided I wanted to "spend" my meatloaf carbs on the sauce and not on the bread crumbs! Lol! Replacing the bread crumbs with almond flour creates an equally good binding agent in this meatloaf. Because it's baked in the bundt pan, it easily cooks evenly. I always soak up some of the liquid about 30 minutes into the cook time using a paper towel or turkey baster. Great served with macaroni and cheese or scalloped potatoes!
