Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 4 - bell peppers
- 1/2 cup instant white rice
- 4-5 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrots, chopped or grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- To taste - black pepper
How To Make quick meatloaf stuffed peppers

Step 1Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.

Step 2In mixing bowl combine, egg, carrot, onions ketchup and seasonings.

Step 3Add ground beef and rice to bowl of wet ingredients and mix with hands to combine well.

Step 4Divide mixture in fourths and stuff peppers.

Step 5Place stuffed peppers in microwave safe casserole dish with high sides and microwave on high 15 to 20 minutes until meat is cooked through and peppers are softened.
