i decided to make a piza meatloaf one night when I was actually craving pizza, but didn't feel like making the dough, etc. So I came up w/ this delectable meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1
    envelope onion soup mix
  • 1-1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 c
    spaghetti or pizza sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese, i used reduced-fat
  • 10 slice
    pepperoni

How to Make Pizza meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a loaf pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix ground beef, soup mix, breadc crumbs, green bell pepper, and water, mix well w/ hands.
  2. Mix in 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup cheese. Shape into a loaf, place in pan. Top w/ pepperoni slices, remaining spaghtetti sauce. Bake 50 mins. Top w/ remaining cheese, bake 10 more mins.
