Ingredients For mini meatloaf

2 lbground beef

1 mdyellow onion, finely chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspbarbecue sauce, your choice

1 tspdried Italian seasoning

1/2 tspdried marjoram

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

3/4 cPanko bread crumbs

1/2 cmilk
How To Make mini meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, barbecue sauce, Italian seasoning, marjoram, salt, black pepper, Panko bread crumbs, and milk. Gently mix the ingredients with your clean hands.

3Shape the ground beef mixture into 4-6 mini meatloaves.

4Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Spread a thin layer of glaze over the top of the meatloaves.

5Bake for 35-40 minutes for 4 meatloaves or 25-30 minutes for 6 meatloaves or until an internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

6Let the meatloaf rest loosely covered for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
