How To Make meatloaf with spicy peach glaze

1Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the onion, oatmeal, eggs, tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2Place the meatloaf in a baking pan and bake about 55 minutes.

3Meanwhile, add the jam to a saucepan. Add the sugar, the other 2 tsp soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook until melted.

4Spoon over the meatloaf and bake 10 more minutes.
