Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce, divided
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup peach jam
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

How To Make meatloaf with spicy peach glaze

  • Step 1
    Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the onion, oatmeal, eggs, tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Place the meatloaf in a baking pan and bake about 55 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, add the jam to a saucepan. Add the sugar, the other 2 tsp soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook until melted.
  • Step 4
    Spoon over the meatloaf and bake 10 more minutes.
