Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce, divided
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make meatloaf with spicy peach glaze

Step 1Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the onion, oatmeal, eggs, tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Place the meatloaf in a baking pan and bake about 55 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, add the jam to a saucepan. Add the sugar, the other 2 tsp soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook until melted.

Step 4Spoon over the meatloaf and bake 10 more minutes.
