lynn and peter's favorite meatloaf
We have been making meatloaves for years trying lots of different recipes. We started making a list of everything that would be in our perfect meatloaf. We started making them and refining the ingredients until we loved it. We are posted ing this one and who knows if maybe we might make another version some day.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 85-93% hamburger
- 1 1/2 cups bread cubes made fresh from loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- 1 small green pepper, finely diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1-2 tablespoon yellow mustard
How To Make lynn and peter's favorite meatloaf

Step 1Add bread cubes to milk and let soak.

Step 2Combine onion, green pepper, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce, and horseradish in large bowl.

Step 3Add bread cubes in milk and beaten eggs. combine until spices are mixed up well.

Step 4Crumble the Hamburger up into liquid mixture. Mix well and turn into tall 2 quart casserole dish..

Step 5Add topping ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Step 6Put topping on top of meatloaf.

Step 7Bake at 350° F for 60-65 minutes.

Step 8Remove liquid from pan. Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
