- MEATLOAF
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon each gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 egg
- KOREAN BBQ SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup each soy sauce and rice vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon gochujang
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- GARNISH
- fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make korean mini meatloaf with korean bbq sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together for the meatloaf. Place in a sprayed mini meatloaf pan.

Step 2Whisk the sesame oil and cornstarch together in a sauce pan until well incorporated. Place over medium high heat. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, Gochujang and ginger. Cook until thickened. Stir in the sesame seeds.

Step 3Place the BBQ sauce on top of the meatloafs and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with cilantro
