I never thought of fixing a meatloaf in an iron skillet, but this one is delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup oats, quick cooking
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup ketchup, divided
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make iron skillet meatloaf

Step 1Mix meat, onion, green pepper egg, milk, oats, and 1/4 cup ketchup together by hand.

Step 2Press into a 12 inch iron skillet.

Step 3In small bowl, prepare glaze with the remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup and 3 Tbsp brown sugar. Stir well, and spread on top of meat mixture in skillet.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
