1 1/2 stickmargarine

3/4 choney
- MEAT ROLL

1 Tbspolive oil

1 mdred onion, chopped

4white mushrooms, sliced

1 lgcarrot, diced
-
1 mdgreen bell pepper, seeded and chopped

3/4 cheavy cream
-
2 Tbspsteak seasoning, divided

1 lbground round
-
1 lbground pork
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
3/4 csteak sauce mixed with brown sugar

2eggs, beaten
-
1packet dry onion soup mix
-
8 slicedeli Black Forest ham

8 ozMonterey Jack cheese, shredded
How To Make honey margarine meat roll

1Whisk margarine and honey in a small bowl for 30 seconds until combined. Set aside.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3Coat the bottom of a baking sheet with cooking spray.

4Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons honey margarine in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add chopped red onion, sliced white mushrooms, diced carrots, and chopped green bell peppers. Cook and saute for 4 minutes or until tender.

5Stir in heavy cream, 2 tablespoons honey margarine, and 1 tablespoon steak seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.

6In a large bowl combine ground round, ground pork, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, steak sauce/brown sugar, onion soup mix, and remaining steak seasoning; mix well for 3 minutes.

7Flatten out the meat into a large square on wax paper. Place the deli ham slices on top of meat. Spoon the sauteed veggies mixture over the top of ham slices. Sprinkle with shredded monterey jack cheese over the top.

8Using the wax paper roll the meat jelly roll style sealing the edges. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.

9Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Spoon the remaining honey margarine on the top of the meat roll, spread evenly.
