I hope you like this meatloaf recipe. It's inspired by Weber's Honey Garlic seasoning. It's so good with mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, and dinner rolls.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed honey roasted peanuts
- 5 tablespoons honey garlic seasoning, divided
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium orange bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey, divided
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet and tangy seasoning
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
How To Make honey garlic meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Add crushed honey roasted peanuts and 1 tablespoon honey garlic seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat. Add chopped yellow onion, sliced orange bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook and saute for 5 minutes or until crispy and tender.

Step 4Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of honey garlic seasoning. Remove from heat.

Step 5In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Dijon mustard, sweet and tangy seasoning, beaten eggs, remaining honey, bread crumbs, sauteed vegetable mixture, and remaining honey garlic seasoning; mix well.

Step 6Place beef mixture in a prepared loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
