Ingredients
- GLAZE
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- MEATLOAF
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup glaze
How To Make christine's meatloaf

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the meatloaf ingredients well. Place the meat mixture in an oiled loaf pan.

Step 3Bake at 350º F in oven for 1 hour.

Step 4Brush meatloaf with remaining meatloaf glaze. Bake another 20-30 minutes (internal temp 155º). Let meatloaf set 10 minutes, cut loaf and serve.
