I created another meatloaf recipe, in a Tuscan style. It's very cheesy and full of garlic.

How To Make cheesy tuscan garlic meatloaf
-
Step 1To make the Tuscan garlic spice mix, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together with a fork until blended. Set aside.
-
Step 2Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Season with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
-
Step 3Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion and chopped artichoke hearts; saute for 4 minutes until tender. Remove from heat, season with Tuscan garlic spice mix, and set aside.
-
Step 4In a large bowl, combine the ground sirloin, garlic powder, egg whites, bread crumbs, Dijon mustard and Tuscan garlic spice mix; mix together until blended.
-
Step 5Transfer the meat mixture to a piece of waxed paper and flatten into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
-
Step 6Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend into the center of the meat rectangle. Add sauteed onion mixture over the cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese on the onion mixture.
-
Step 7Pick up the edge of the waxed paper to roll the flattened meat into a log around the filling. Seal the ends and seam and place the loaf into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning on top.
-
Step 8Bake in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink in the center. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
