what if meatloaf and caesar are combine in this delicious recipe,so i created,it's good with a side of caesar salad

  • 1 3/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese,divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    red onion,sliced
  • 3/4 c
    caesar vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    crushed salad croutons
  • 2 tsp
    steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    creamy caesar dressing

How to Make Caesar Meatloaf


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.Sprinkle with 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat,add sliced red onions and saute for 8 minutes or until are tender.Place into a medium bowl,add ceasar vinaigrette dressing;mix well and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl,combine ground beef,egg whites,crushed salad croutons,steak seasoning,garlic powder,sauteed sliced onions,creamy caesar dressing and remaining parmesan cheese;mix together until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a prepared loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil
  5. Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven.Remove the foil,continue baking for 15 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
