beef & sausage meatloaf
I love a good meatloaf, but sometimes they can be a little bland. I found this Italian sausage in my freezer and thought ,why not? It added the extra flavors that I love ??

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 - small chopped sweet onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon a1 sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup catsup
How To Make beef & sausage meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 Mix all ingredients together (except for the catsup and brown sugar).

Step 2Place into your loaf pan or shape into a loaf shape and place in your baking pan of choice. Bake for 1 hour.

Step 3While that’s baking mix your brown sugar and catsup together well in a small bowl. Once meatloaf is done remove from the oven and spoon the catsup mixture on top of the loaf and place back into the oven for about 20 minutes.

Step 4Remove and enjoy!! Any leftovers (if there are any) also make awesome meatloaf sandwiches!
