Bay's Macho Meatloaf

Bay Allen

I grew up with a strong disdain for meatloaf; I went to a friend's house and had to eat an overcooked chunk of hamburger with tomato ketchup on top...i was not impressed. But I was polite...i ate it, and it took me ten years to really want to give it a second chance.

My wife makes a great Italian meatloaf...

My father-in-law makes a wonderful, classic, savory, meatloaf...

I turned my aim on a macho meatloaf with just the right amount of kick to satisfy my heat-loving tongue without scaring away the Mrs.

Here is the result, I hope you like it as much as we do!
