barb's meatloaf
I have always enjoyed meatloaf, especially when it is all but falling apart when you eat it! This recipe of my stepmom's is very good, and I am happy when she makes it for me! Enjoy!

- 1 cup herb stuffing
- 8 ounces seasoned tomatoes
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
