bacon cheddar meatloaf
Tried this out for the first time & it was delicious! Even my sister, who doesn't care for meatloaf all that much really enjoyed it so I hope you do too!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup or bbq sauce
- - salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic pepper seasoning to your liking
How To Make bacon cheddar meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit.

Step 2In a medium size mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together.

Step 3Put meatloaf mixture into a GREASED loaf pan. You can add a little extra breadcrumbs as a topping if you'd like!

Step 4Put meatloaf in for approx. 1 hr & 15 mins or until it's thoroughly cooked through. Enjoy!!
