Tried this out for the first time & it was delicious! Even my sister, who doesn't care for meatloaf all that much really enjoyed it so I hope you do too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup or bbq sauce
  • - salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic pepper seasoning to your liking

How To Make bacon cheddar meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit.
  • Step 2
    In a medium size mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together.
  • Step 3
    Put meatloaf mixture into a GREASED loaf pan. You can add a little extra breadcrumbs as a topping if you'd like!
  • Step 4
    Put meatloaf in for approx. 1 hr & 15 mins or until it's thoroughly cooked through. Enjoy!!
