Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixture of green and red/orange/yellow) or your choice
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 can ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make all mixed up meatloaf

Step 1In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until mixed well - don't over-mix.

Step 2Using a sheet pan with parchment paper, shape meatloaf into a long rectangle.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.

Step 4Feel free to add a topping to the meatloaf either before or after baking.
