Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large Vidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic pepper, divided
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 3/4 cups three cheeses alfredo sauce, divided
How To Make alfredo meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese on the bottom.

Step 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced Vidalia onion and chopped red bell pepper, and saute for 8 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat, stir in 1 tablespoon garlic pepper and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, remaining garlic pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sauteed onion mixture,1 cup alfredo sauce, and remaining parmesan cheese; mix together until blended.

Step 5Press the meat mixture into a prepared loaf pan.

Step 6Bake in the preheated oven until the meatloaf is no longer pink inside, about 35 minutes.

Step 7When the meatloaf is done, pull from the oven, and spread the remaining alfredo sauce over the loaf. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
