5 ingredient easy meatloaf
Four ingredients that you already have in your pantry and refrigerator to complete this yummy dinner. As with any meatloaf, ketchup or barbecue sauce is a must! A side of green beans or a vegetable of your choice, and mashed potatoes or breadsticks complete this dinner. Ready in 55 to 60 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 ounces dried stuffing mix – any flavor
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bell pepper – color of your choice
How To Make 5 ingredient easy meatloaf

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a large bowl, add in the dry stuffing mix.

Step 3Add in half a cup of chicken, beef, or vegetable stock. Wait five minutes, then stir.

Step 4Add in the raw ground beef and two eggs. You may add other seasonings like garlic powder or just some salt if desired. Add in diced onion.

Step 5Using your hands, smash everything together and shape into a loaf on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Step 6Once it’s shaped into a loaf on the pan, squirt on ketchup or barbecue sauce and spread with a silicone spatula.

Step 7Bake for 1 hour. After 1 hour, check with a thermometer. It should read 165°F.

Step 8Let it rest for five minutes. During the time of resting, prepare your other side dishes. I used leftover breadsticks from Olive Garden and heated up some green beans. Bon appétit.
