THIS MAKES A GREAT LUNCH MEAL. I WOULD SERVE THIS WITH SOUP AND MAKE IT INTO WITH A SANDWICH. SERVE IT WITH A SMALL DISH OF APPLESAUCE. ITS A VERY TASTY WAY FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES TO EAT SALADS. I PUT MINE ON A ROLL ...ITS DELICIOUS. :-)

- 1 small red onion diced
- 1 stalk ripe green celery

- 1 dash green mint
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Step 1RINSE TUNA UNDER COLD WATER, THEN CHOPPED IT IN A PROCESSOR, NOT TOO SMALL, BUT SMALL ENOUGH TO CHEW.

Step 2CHOPPED OR DICED CUCUMBER, SMALL BITE SIZE, ADD IN THE CELERY, MIX WITH CUCUMBER BE SURE THE CELERY IS DICED IN TO SMALL PIECES

Step 3ADD SEASONS MIX WELL, THEN ADD PICKLE RELISH

Step 4MIX IN THE MAYONNAISE AND MIX WELL TILL ITS CREAMY
