- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sat
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 2 - apples, cored and chopped
- 2/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
