- 3/4 cup toasted pecan pieces (toast 350/10 mins)
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts-chopped
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 medium squeezed lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. to taste
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
