roberta's pasta salad
I came up with this recipe when I was caught unexpectedly with nothing prepared for a birthday picnic. It was a big hit & I've kept it in my menu. It's simple & quick to fix :-)

Ingredients
- - 1 bag of salad macaroni
- - one can of unsalted peas, drained
- - one cup of shredded cheese , any style or flavor. i prefer fancy shredded sharp cheddar
- - one envelope dry ranch flavored salad dressing mix
- - one cup mayonnaise
- - one small can mushroom bits and pieces
How To Make roberta's pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain & rinse with cold water. Let drain thoroughly.

Step 2Pour pasta into large bowl, add remaining ingredients mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
