4 mediumchicken breasts, boneless and skinless,boiled and chopped into small pieces
1 pkgromaine lettuce head
1 stalk(s)scallions, chopped very tiny
1 smalljar - poppy seeds, use 1/2 jar
4 ozslivered almonds
1 can(s)la choy rice noodles
How to Make Oriental Chicken Salad
- Boil the chicken, let cool and cut into small pieces. Dressing ( Make dressing the night before and keep in refrig.
- 1/2 cup of oil
5 tbls. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 heaping tbs - sugar
- Mix Chicken, scallions, almonds and poppy seeds. Toss over the lettuce and then put dressing on. Only put dressing on when you are ready to serve. Put Rice Noodles on last so they do not get soggy.
