I usually do a whole box of ziti [16 ounces] and just add a little more of the meats,cheese, olives and bottled dressing. I use black olives with this. But I'm sure you can use a olive of your choice.

  • 1/2 pkg
    8 0unces of ziti, uncooked
  • 4 c
    chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 lb
    ham, and salami cut into little bite size pieces
  • 1/2 c
    pitted olives cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/3 c
    mozzarella cheese diced into a 1/2 inche cube
  • 1/3 c
    shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    8 ounces of bottled caesar salad dressing.

How to Make Caesar Pasta Salad


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly and drain well
  2. In a large bowl stir together cooled pasta and remaining ingredients. Garnish with anchovies if desired. I leave the anchovies off.
  3. I got this recipe off of a Ronzoni pasta box many years ago.
