blt mac salad
My husband loves mac salad. One day, I was looking for a recipe that was different from what my mom or my late mom mom used to make and I came across a blt mac salad. While there are tons of recipes for this type of mac salad, I found one that sounded really good, but I changed just about everything. I added less of some things and more of others and turned it into my own recipe that everyone in my family (even our friends) love! I'm asked to make it every time we are invited to a family or friend's BBQ. There are never any leftovers, it's that good! It always gets 2 thumbs up!
