My dads recipe for ground venison. You could also use canned venison or ground beef, turkey, or chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 20 ounces can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups peeled diced potatoes
- 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make venison hash

Step 1Add oil to pan. Brown onions then add venison with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from pan

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except cheese to pan. Simmer until veggies are soft. Add meat and onions back to pan.

Step 3Pour into casserole dish.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake mixture 1 hour. Top with cheese and bake until melted.
