How To Make three envelope venison roast
-
Step 1Place roast into crock pot. Then sprinkle the garlic and onion slices over the top of the roast. Then sprinkle the Ranch dressing mix powder over the roast.
-
Step 2Next sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the roast next.
-
Step 3Lastly sprinkle the brown gravy mix over, if you want a bit extra, you can add a second packet of brown gravy mix. Then pour the water in the bottom of the crock. Sprinkle with pepper.
-
Step 4Cook this on low for 8-12 hours. I put mine on at 10pm and let it cook till 2 the next after noon. Before serving you can remove the liquid and put it in a pan and thicken it some more if you like with a cornstarch slurry.
