  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

How To Make rane in guazzetto

  • Step 1
    Saute garlic, onion, and celery stalks in olive oil until tender.
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes and cook 12 minutes over medium.
  • Step 3
    Lightly dust frogs legs with flour and brown in butter in a separate pan.
  • Step 4
    Add tomato mixture to frogs legs and cook over medium 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Serve with croutons.
