- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 pound tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- 6 croutons

Step 1Saute garlic, onion, and celery stalks in olive oil until tender.
