hickory smoked bacon
fresh cranberries
fresh sage

How to Make Oven Roasted Pheasant Breasts

Step-by-Step

  • 1Take breasts and salt and pepper to taste. Then wrap each breast in portabella mushroom and then wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • 2Place in roasting pan 375 degrees until breasts are white throughout and bacon is done.
