Oven Roasted Pheasant Breasts
this recipe works well for chicken breasts too.
How to Make Oven Roasted Pheasant Breasts
- Take breasts and salt and pepper to taste. Then wrap each breast in portabella mushroom and then wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Place in roasting pan 375 degrees until breasts are white throughout and bacon is done.
