    cleaned pheasant breasts
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 4
    portabella mushrooms
  • 12 slice
    hickory smoked bacon
  • ·
    fresh cranberries
  • ·
    fresh sage

How to Make Oven Roasted Pheasant Breasts

Step-by-Step

  1. Take breasts and salt and pepper to taste. Then wrap each breast in portabella mushroom and then wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  2. Place in roasting pan 375 degrees until breasts are white throughout and bacon is done.
  3. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a little sage. Say the blessing give thanks and enjoy..
