Ingredients
- 1 pound venison steak
- 1/2 cup flour
- - salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 - bay leaf
- - hot cooked noodles
How To Make creamy mushroom venison steak

Step 1Cut the steaks into strips. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the steaks in the flour mixture. Add butter to skillet and get it hot. Sear the floured steak in butter.

Step 2Add steak to slow cooker. Top with mushrooms, onion, and garlic.

Step 3Mix the remaining ingredients except noodles together and pour over meat.

Step 4Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. Remove rosemary and bay leaf before serving.

Step 5Serve over noodles. If the sauce is too thin thickened it with your favorite thickener.
