How To Make turkey reuben wraps
-
1Combine first 4 ingredients, in a large bowl. Spread each tortilla with 1 Tb. of the dressing (optional). Line each tortilla with one large lettuce leaf, a couple of medium size leaves, or several spinach leaves. Arrange 3 ounces of turkey meat, down the center of the lettuce. Place 2 cheese slices, on top of turkey. Top with 3/4 cup of the cabbage mixture.

2Fold the bottom of the tortilla, tightly over the filling, then fold in the left and right sides. Roll the wrap, up to the top edge, forming a cylinder. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Wrap in plastic wrap, or paper sandwich wrappers. Store in the refrigerator, until serving. Before serving, cut each wrap in half, across the middle with a slightly diagonal cut. Makes 4 servings.
