turkey - n - cheddar croissants
I had just 2 cups of leftover turkey left from Thanksgiving, so this is what I came up with. Might I add, they were delicious... My photos

Ingredients
- 2 - 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 5 - 6 - green onions, chopped or 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped and parcooked
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 - poultry seasoning
- GRAVY ( OPTIONAL )
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make turkey - n - cheddar croissants

Step 1In a large bowl; softened cream cheese.

Step 2Add all remaining ingredients and stir well to thoroughly combine evenly. ( par cook celery,if you don't like it crunchy. )

Step 3Flatten crescent rolls, keeping two triangles together to create rectangles. Press the perforation together to prevent the pocket from leaking.

Step 4Onto each rectangle, spoon approx. 1/4 cup of turkey mixture into the center of the croissant. Fold up the long ends till they overlap. Then, roll up and pinch closed the short ends.

Step 5Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Step 6Bake at 350 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden. While baking, if using the canned soup as a gravy, prepare it by mixing the milk with the soup,and heating thoroughly.

Step 7When finished baking, either serve as is or with the soup mixture.
